FAQs

  • POSTAGE

We are unable to send our dahlia tubers and garlic to WA, NT or Tasmania.

We send elsewhere in Australia only. No international postage.

Cut flowers cannot be posted anywhere.

Dahlia Tubers and garlic are sent by Express Post to limit the amount of time they are in transit as they are a fresh plant product. However we are not responsible for any delays or other issues due to Australia Post.

    FARM PICK-UP

Our farm address will be shown when you place your order and choose this option. We are in the Macedon Ranges near Kyneton and Woodend, just over an hour from the Melbourne CBD.

Dahlia Tubers - An email will be sent to you when they are ready to be picked up. This will be when they are showing visible eyes and may not be immediately after your order is placed.

Garlic - Our garlic is cured for around 8 weeks and is usually ready during January to the end of March.

Cut Flowers - Please allow 48 hours between discussing and/or placing your order. All flowers are harvested to order during the flower season. This is typically from January to the end of April, but may vary depending on the weather.

  • Dahlia Tubers

Please open your order as soon as you receive them.

Tubers will be sent in good condition, with a visible eye and firm neck and body. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us at fatmagpiefarm2@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 7 days to discuss.

We cannot be responsible for your tubers after this time.
